The Bramley in Japan

Celia Steven, great granddaughter of Henry Merryweather, her son Thomas Steven and his daughter Sian Selby visited Japan last year as ambassadors of The Bramley Apple.

They were welcomed to Obuse, the town where Mr Arai first introduced the Bramley Apple with the help of the Royal Horticurtual Society. They also travelled to Tokyo, where Mr Aria honoured them with an Annual Bramley luncheon and they then attended the Tokyo Bramley Apple fair.
