Tempting Summer Menu at All Mine Cakes

With summer days on the horizon and more British grown seasonal produce available from our local suppliers, All Mine Cakes by the Lake has launched its latest Lunchtime menu.

Served 12-3pm Wednesday to Friday, we have kept our much loved Ham Hock Mac & Cheese, but are really excited to announce our new Goats Cheese Soufflé with beetroot ketchup, pickle, salt bake carrot and courgette alongside the new Butter Roasted Cod, hasselback Jersey royals, roast cauliflower and pea.

Within the next few weeks we will also be launching our all new sharing boards – a mixture of antipasti, baked cheeses, dips and other delicious tapas style foods. These will be available at the weekends only from 11am-2pm running alongside our popular extended breakfast service of 9.30am-2pm.

Last but not least who doesn’t love an iced coffee? We have created our own delicious iced coffees made using 200 degrees coffee which are perfect on a warm day.
