Stoppards gets ready for Christmas

It’s been another busy year at Stoppards Butchers in Southwell.

During Covid people certainly appreciated and used their local shops more and the team at Stoppards has worked hard to keep the shop fully stocked.

With a focus on high quality, homemade products at reasonable prices and an emphasis on local produce and a family friendly service Stoppards has seen their customer base continue to grow.

New products have been continually added to their range to cope with increasing demand including handmade samosas with lamb, chicken or vegetable. Fresh, local game is also back in stock.

With a wealth of butchery experience, they are also happy to recommend cuts of meat and advise on weights and cooking times.

As usual, Stoppards is looking forward to The Bramley Apple Festival this month offering limited edition Bramley Apple products including Bramley Apple Pies and Sausage Rolls freshly made by Lesley in the custom-built bakehouse behind the shop.

After Bonfire Night the focus will turn to Christmas when they will begin to start taking Christmas orders for turkeys, hams and much more!
