Although they teach in a small rural school, the staff of Oxton C of E Primary School are determined to keep up with the technology being introduced into larger schools.

Mr Sears (Headteacher) and Mrs Meadows are both attending a Basic Programming Course for Micro Computers at Arnold and Carlton College of Further Education on Tuesday evenings. The course lasts for 12 weeks and they are learning to write educational programmes ready for when the school acquires its own micro computer in the near future.
