Sports Awards 2015

Is there a local sportsperson you admire? Or a team that earned your respect? Now is your chance to get them the recognition they deserve.

The Newark and Sherwood Sports Awards 2015 celebrates the achievements of the district’s leading players, teams, volunteers and clubs.

The awards will take on a different format this year with winners being visited at their club or training facility and presented with the award with everyone they train with.

Alexis Knock, Community Development Manager for Active4Today said: “Active4Today have joined forces with Radio Newark to organise this year’s Sports Awards. We’ve got the usual categories that we’ve had for many years, however this year; we’ll be bringing the celebrations to you!”
