Southwell Town Knockout Quiz

Do you think your team is the brightest in Southwell? If so, you may have a chance to prove it!

To while away those long winter evenings, meet new people and raise money for local good causes, a few of us have got together to organise a new knockout quiz competition. Clubs, societies, schools, pubs, businesses, churches – well, everybody in the community – can take part in this exciting event, which we hope will become an annual fixture in the Southwell calendar.

Each round will take place on consecutive Mondays, starting on 2nd February at 7:30pm. We will provide a question-master and the questions. The home drawn team in each round will organise the venue.

The winners will then go through to the next round (there will also be a plate competition for first round losers).

The final will be held at the Rugby Club on Friday 20th March 2015.

There is a recommended minimum donation of £10 to enter a team, which will all go to selected local good causes. Closing date is 8th January 2015.
