Southwell Rugby Club open for business

From Monday 12th April, Southwell Rugby Club will be open to serve refreshments to walkers, cyclists and all visitors.

In line with the easing of lockdown restrictions, our Clubhouse will be open on weekday evenings and at weekends (from 12 noon on Saturdays and 10.00am on Sundays), serving sensibly priced hot and cold drinks along with sausage and bacon butties and a range of cakes.

The Club has taken advantage of the extended period of lockdown to make some exciting improvements to the Clubhouse, not least a new outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. There is ample room to sit outside and enjoy the view, with all necessary Covid-safe measures in place.

Members are hoping the Clubhouse will become a regular stop-off for cyclists over the summer months, with Southwell being a popular destination for many riders. Our Clubhouse manager, Steve Hussey will be ready to greet you with a smile.

You can find us at Park Lane, Southwell, NG25 0QN. For further details, check out the website: www.southwellrfc.com
