Sign Up for Southwell Swine

The memory of last year’s inaugural running of the “Southwell Swine” may still be with some of you!

Southwell Running Club are delighted to promote the second running of the race on Sunday 24th August and this year we are pleased to announce a fantastic new location. The event will be run within the scenic grounds of Brackenhurst Estate.

There will be races over 5 and 10 miles open to runners of all abilities. The runs are in the countryside, off road, on trails and across fields ensuring great fun for everyone: from beginners out for a summer jog to seasoned veterans fighting out for a win! And unique to the Southwell Swine, all entrants will receive a memento and hog roast plus drink after the race (there will be a vegetarian option!).

There will also be a family fun run so we hope all the family can come and join us for a great community event.

All surplus proceeds will be used to support local charities.
