Running in memory of Anne Wood

Southwell Town Councillor, Charley Pierpoint will be running the Race for Life at Clumber Park on Saturday 21st June in memory of Anne Wood, who published the Bramley newspaper for 34 years until her retirement in 2011.

As many readers will know Anne recently passed away in November after a long illness, but has given everyone in Southwell a tremendous legacy through the many things she achieved.

Charley explains: “Anne not only ran the Bramley so successfully, for so many years but was also a dedicated County, District and Parish councillor, school governor and an all round Southwell tour de force! She is sadly missed by many.”
