Nottinghamshire’s Coronation Service

ON Sunday 7th May at 11.15am Southwell Minster will host a special Coronation Celebration Service in conjunction with Nottinghamshire County Council.

Those taking part will include the Lord-Lieutenant Sir John Peace – the King’s representative in Nottinghamshire and civic leaders from across the County. Contributions will come from the county’s young people and representatives of Nottinghamshire’s Christian and other cultural traditions. Music will be led by the Cathedral Choir and it is hoped that a lone piper will play.
