Lowes Wong win at swimming gala

THE first round of the County Schools Swimming Gala took place recently at Newark Sports & Fitness Centre.

Lowe’s Wong Junior swimmers attended the event alongside five other school teams, including,  Elston Primary School, Robert Miles Primary School, Highfields, and Chuter Ede. The teams were all well supported by parents.

Lowe’s Wong Junior did amazingly well and won the gala! Chuter Ede came in second place and Highfields took third. Lowe’s Wong will now go on to represent Newark and Sherwood in the County Finals in May, held at Hucknall Leisure Centre. Wishing the Lowe’s Wong swimmers the best of luck at the finals.
