Lowe’s Wong Cross Country Success

Congratulations to the Lowe’s Wong Junior runners from Years 5 and 6 who took part in the Nottinghamshire Schools Athletic Association School’s Cross-Country League – Winter 2015.

On the day, 80 girls and 98 boys ran the course at Ashfield School in Kikby-in-Ashfield, with the Lowe’s Wong boys teams finishing in overall 5th place and the girls finishing a fantastic 2nd place.

Miss Ford said: “It was a super day, we had great weather and all the runners made a fantastic effort. I am really proud of all runners, and want to thank the parents for their great support and cheering! There are two more meets to go in the League so I hope the runners continue their good form.”
