THE feature display at this year’s 16th Wonderland International Classic & Sports Car Festival is “Automotive Beauty v Beast”.
Classic Beauties including MG’s, TR’s and TVR’s will contrast with Automotive Beasts: Rally cars, American & European muscle cars and high-oc- tane modified creations.
Taking place on Sat. 11th and Sun. 12th June, on the banks of the River Trent at Ferry Farm, Hoveringham, Saturday includes a ‘Car of the Night’ superb prize package featuring a very generous ‘Frankie & Benny’s’ hamper and the ‘Pilkingtons Classics’ windscreen trophy will be awarded at 8pm. The evening continues with live band ‘The Storm Trees’, disco and bar.
Sunday is ‘Show ‘n’ Shine’ Day with 20th and 21st Century categories for vehicles from around the world. The TVR Car Club East Mids. Regional Day will fly the flag for the British sports cars and be joined by American ‘Muscle’ cars and a mouth- watering display of European classics and sports car legends. This year we continue our Concours ’21st century judging class’ dedicated to all ‘Future Classics’.
