The award winning Lowdham Pantomime Group is getting the final touches ready for its next production ‘Aladdin’.
It’s Panto time in Lowdham, this years show ‘Aladdin’ will be opening Wednesday 17th February for five shows until Saturday 20st February. This classic adventure features all the usual characters, the evil sorcerer Abanaza, The panto dame Widow Twankey, her son Wishey Washey, the handsome Aladdin and the beautiful Princess Jasmine, all aided by the comedy duo Ping and Pong and introducing a Kung Fu Panda.
The show centres around a magic lamp and its magical powers, who so ever shall possess the lamp shall rule the world. Rub the lamp and you are granted three wishes, what would you wish for? The show features comedy, songs with live music, dance and more comedy and of course the magic carpet ride. Performed by the awarding Lowdham Pantomime Group.
