Great British Spring Clean

Be a Litter Hero and join a Litter Pick near you! The Great British Spring Clean (22nd March to 23rd April) is a campaign with a simple aim: to bring people across the country together to clear up the litter that blights our towns, villages, countryside and beaches.

Each year in March Keep Britain Tidy inspires thousands of people to get outdoors, get active and help clear up the rubbish that lies around us. If you would like to join the growing army of Litter Heroes who have had enough of other people’s litter and are willing to do something about it, there is an event taking place near you, including:

Southwell on Saturday 9th March, 12pm to 4pm. Meet on the Burgage outside the office for Southwell Town Council. Contact via Green Southwell facebook page

They will also collect the bags of litter at the end of your event. Please call 01636 650000 to arrange a collection.

Together we can make a difference and clean up the environment on our doorstep!
