Furniture Restoration and Design

Farnsfield Furniture and Restoration is a small local craftsman business, specialising in wooden furniture and floor restoration as well as bespoke furniture design and build.

Run by trained restoration specialist and furniture maker Simon Wills, the dedicated workshop in Farnsfield is fitted out with the latest woodworking machinery.

“Woodworking has always been in our family,” explains Simon. “Some of my earliest memories are watching my great grandfather at work as a joiner & it is from him that I inherited my original passion for all things wood.”

From traditional through to Art Deco and modern, Simon has restored pieces from most eras & has recently gained recognition through being accepted as a member in to the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

Environmental responsibility is also high on the company’s agenda, with timber material only being sourced from local accredited suppliers, which hold FSC, PEFC & CPET certificates and adhere to the TTF policy.
