Have you always wanted a dog but worried you couldn’t look after it full time? Barking Mad is giving people the chance to dog-sit whilst their owners are on holiday.

Becoming a host is all set up and organised by Barking Mad owners Colin and Jacqui, making it fully safe, insured and easy to take part in without costing a penny. As a holiday host, you provide a loving environment where your doggy visitor relaxes and feels at home. Regular exercise and companionship is your part of the deal, the transport is dealt with by Colin and Jacqui. There is no need to worry about paperwork or dealing with the customer yourself – all you need to do is meet up and agree together; the type of dogs you like and when you are available to look after them.

Having used Barking Mad themselves to look after their own dogs whilst on holiday, Colin and Jacqui were delighted when the Barking Mad franchise in their local area came up for sale.

“Having received such a great service and knowing our dogs had enjoyed their stay with the specially selected host, we decided to take the plunge and buy the business,” explained Colin.

“We are now up and running and look forward to welcoming more hosts and dogs into the Newark, Sherwood and Kesteven Barking Mad family soon.”
