Discover sailing day

Notts County Sailing Club will be holding a Discover Sailing day on Saturday 21st May.

It is an opportunity to come and try dinghy sailing and windsurfing for free at the sailing club near Hoveringham, with sailing trips on the water taking place between 10am and 4pm. There will also be displays and talks about sailing and windsurfing.

For sailing, please bring shoes that can get wet and ideally, a change of clothes, or bring a wetsuit if you want to try windsurfing on the water.

All welcome, including those with disabilities by our Sailability section, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day but will try and arrange a day afterwards.

There will also be cakes to buy for charity.

The club is a Royal Yachting Association training centre, teaching dinghy sailing, power boating and windsurfing.
