Southwell City U15’s Pumas have started their new Notts Youth League season well with, at present, a current standing of second in their league.
The team has gone from strength to strength after beginning as a new team in YEL Division 10 before moving through YEL divisions to Division 3, and winning leagues several times along the way. The consistency of the team players and staff has truly helped bond and encouraged the players to play a respective game that all enjoy and pleased to be part of.
Key to their success has been the commitment, enthusiasm, and passion to play a respectful game. Along the way the team have always had strong support from a local business, who have for many years supported the team with kit sponsorship, making the team feel proud to wear new shirts and training tops with EMC Tiles at the forefront of every game. EMC Tiles have supported the team’s sponsorship, not only on the pitch but, also for each player’s family who get a personal Pumas discount.
Head coach Andrew Hird said, “For EMC Tiles to support the team with kit sponsorship each year takes a great weight of my shoulders as a manager/coach and every year the team appreciate the support this local company gives back to community sports projects such as ours. Thank you once again EMC Tiles.”
