Souhwell Ramblers is the local group of the Ramblers’ Assocation with members from Southwell and the surrounding villages. We walk every week with alternate short, about 4 miles, and longer walks, between 8 and 12 miles. We also organise two mini-breaks away each year, visiting such areas as the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, which gives us the opportunity to experience different walking environments. The group also organises several social events during the year.

We are a friendly group and enjoy welcoming new walkers. You do not need to join the Ramblers Association straight away since you can ‘try us out’ for a few walks first.
