The Lace City Chorus is Nottingham’s only women’s barbershop chorus. We are seven times national champions and have represented the UK in international competitions. Singing without music – ‘a capella’ in four part harmony is so much fun. There are around 80 women in the chorus and we accept anyone over the age of 14 years.
We are passionate about women coming together to make music. We strive to create and inclusive, fun and rewarding atmosphere where women can grow in skills and confidence, make friends and do things they never thought they could do! No singing experience necessary.
We run learn to sing courses during the year so check out our website www.lacecitychorus.org for the latest details.
We are taking bookings now to perform at local and/or business events and special occasions, so get in touch through our website or social media.
