Fitness through Exercise and Dance

Trebeck Hall: Wednesdays 10-11am & Fridays 10-11am

My classes are a fun and effective dance based workout, which will lift your spirits and strengthen your heart, muscles and core. You’ll get a healthy amount of cardio, strength, stretch and flexibility moves that will result in you feeling revitalised and refreshed.
